Who is Kerrigan Foster?

Kerrigan Foster is a storyteller at the intersection of multimedia journalism and public relations. As a senior graduating in December 2026 from Southeast Missouri State University, she is obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications: Multimedia Journalism and Mass Communications: Public Relations with a minor in Political Science, blending reporting, strategy, and creative communication in her work.

Her experience with the Arrow has shaped her approach to digital-first storytelling, where she has produced multimedia content that combines writing, video, audio, photography, and design. Alongside reporting, Kerrigan has contributed to promotional campaigns and audience engagement efforts, understanding that strong journalism also depends on how stories reach the public.

Kerrigan has also led public relations efforts as Public Relations Vice President for the Zeta Delta Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta, developing brand identity, managing social media and creative teams, and increasing engagement through thoughtful messaging and visual consistency.

Whether reporting, designing, or building communication strategies, Kerrigan is passionate about ethical storytelling, creativity, and connecting people to meaningful stories.
